The automatic bottle arranging machine is an auxiliary equipment for plastic bottle filling production lines, designed to organize disordered plastic bottles into an upright position (mouth-up) and convey them orderly to the inlet of the next process. This machine works in sync with the automatic bottle feeder to dynamically adjust the bottle quantity in the arranging chamber: when bottles are insufficient, the storage bin automatically replenishes them and stops once the preset quantity is reached. Changing bottle types requires only minor adjustments, making operation simple and manageable by a single operator.
