1、 Overview
This machine is mainly developed for ultra-fine powders that are prone to dust and high-precision packaging requirements. Based on the signal provided by the weight sensor installed under the container, it can automatically complete fast, medium, and slow three speed filling, metering, lifting, and other tasks. Suitable for packaging additives, carbon powder, fire extinguisher dry powder, other ultrafine powders, and powders with high-precision, dust-free packaging requirements.
2、 Performance characteristics
1. A weight sensor is installed under the container tray to perform fast, medium, and slow filling according to the pre-set weight, ensuring high packaging accuracy.
2. The servo motor drives the tray to lift and lower, and the lifting speed can be set arbitrarily. During filling, there is basically no dust flying out to pollute the environment, achieving a spotless effect. Servo motor and servo drive control screw, with stable performance and high precision.
3. PLC control, touch screen human-machine interface display, stable operation, anti-interference, high weighing accuracy, convenient and fast operation.
4. All stainless steel structure, combined material box, easy to clean. The machine head is equipped with a lifting screw to adjust the height, making it easy to achieve various packaging specifications. The fixed screw installation structure does not affect the properties of the material during filling.

3、 Workflow
Manual bagging → cylinder clamping → rapid rise of worktable → rapid filling → slow descent of worktable → weight reaches predetermined fast addition value → medium speed filling → weight reaches predetermined medium addition value → slow filling → weight reaches target value → automatic bagging (or manual bagging).
1. Manual bagging: First, place the bag onto a fully sealed bag holder.
2. Cylinder clamping bag: Then, the bag is automatically lifted to a certain height controlled by a servo motor (the height is set according to the size of the packaging bag), close to the bottom of the bag. The method of lifting to the bottom of the bag can reduce the drop between the material and the bottom of the bag. The larger the drop, the higher the dust, solving the problem of dust flying during the filling process.
3. Filling: Starting from the feeding servo control, the bag descends while feeding, and the stroke servo automatically controls the distance between the feeding port and the material. The feeding process is fast, medium, and slow. Ultimately achieving the set target value.
4. Automatic bagging: The bagging method can be freely set automatically or manually, and the filling is completed.
