1、 Overview
This machine is mainly developed for ultra-fine powders that are prone to dust and high-precision packaging requirements. It can automatically complete fast, medium, and slow filling, metering, and other tasks based on the signal provided by the weight sensor installed under the container. Suitable for packaging additives, carbon powder, fire extinguisher dry powder, other ultrafine powders, and powders with high-precision, dust-free packaging requirements.
2、 Performance characteristics
1. Use a sealed bag clamp and a vacuum cleaner to minimize dust to the greatest extent possible.
2. The configuration of rollers facilitates the placement of bags, greatly reducing labor intensity.
3. The control system is an industrial grade PLC with strong anti-interference ability and will not experience system crashes.
4. The mixing motor adopts a maintenance free and noise free Taiwan made gear reduction motor.
5. Transparent material bin, the material operation status is clear at a glance, and the level detection switch can be installed not only in the bin, but also on the outside to prevent the level switch from malfunctioning.
6. The silo can be opened for cleaning and maintenance without dismantling it, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers and improving labor efficiency.
8. The photoelectric induction feeding method is compatible with the foot switch feeding method.
9. It has two measurement methods (volume measurement and weight measurement), which can be switched at any time: either using spiral feeding or electronic scale weighing feedback method (for small sizes); Spiral feeding can also be used, and electronic scales can be used for direct weighing while feeding. The packaging accuracy of 1000 grams can reach 1 gram (suitable for large packaging).
3、 Workflow
Manual bagging → cylinder clamping → rapid filling → weight reaches predetermined fast addition value → medium speed filling → weight reaches predetermined medium addition value → slow filling → weight reaches target value → automatic bagging (or manual bagging).
