1、 Overview

1. The machine consists of a powder filling head, a chain plate conveyor belt, and a positioning device, which can automatically position, fill, and measure bottles (cans).  Adopting stepper motor and PLC touch screen control, it is easy to operate and has high stability.  It can be combined with bottle sorting machines, capping machines, labeling machines, etc. to form a complete filling assembly line.

2. Suitable for packaging powders and small granular materials, such as powders, small granular drugs, glucose, seasonings, solid beverages, carbon powder, talcum powder, etc.

1. Volume measurement: Two bottles can be filled at once, and the two filling heads are measured by inputting pulse values.

6. The integrated transparent combination silo can be opened, and the material operation status is clear at a glance, making it very convenient to disassemble, assemble, and clean materials.

7. The use of stepper motors to drive spiral feeding has advantages such as low wear, accurate positioning, adjustable speed, and stable performance.

8. Replacing the spiral attachment can be applied to various materials ranging from ultrafine powder to small particles.   Small particles such as millet and refined salt that are not damaged.

9. The machine head is equipped with a lifting mechanism, which can adjust the height according to different bottles.

10. There is an automatic feeding interface that can be equipped with a screw conveyor.

11. The conveyor belt is integrated with the host to prevent misalignment of the bottle mouth after prolonged use.
